*First vinyls are specially formulated with a top layer of "powdered
plastic". After printing, the material is sent through a machine that
heats the material to a formulated temprature which "binds" the ink,
vinyl and "plastic" together. The result is a scratchproof, waterproof,
chemical resistant, print for up to 3 year outdoor without lamination.
